North Texas Pressure Vessels, Inc. (NTPV)

 is a specialist in the production of pressure vessels for private and public companies in the oil and gas industry.  Our company offers a competitive advantage by offering faster lead times and lower prices than larger competitors; we also have more control over production and quality than same-size competitors through its in-house production.  NTPV was founded by individuals who have over 60 years of experience combined in the area of oil and gas product manufacturing.   Everyone at our company is committed to deliver the highest quality of product and service to the customer.

We employ state-of-the-art manufacturing equipment which is located on 5.6 acres in 20,000+ sqft facilities of it's production headquarters.  Our manufacturing department has crane capabilities of 80,000 lbs. in one bay and 10,000 lbs. in two other bays.

NTPV core business activities include design and manufacturing of pressure vessels along with contract welding for the oil and gas industry.   Our designers utilize the latest pressure vessel design software for development of products to the specification of the individual customer.  All the company's welders are qualified in accordance with standards set by the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME), section IX, and all products are manufactured in accordance with ASME established standards, section VIII, Division I.   NTPV offers a full one-year workmanship guarantee on all products sold.  However, customer satisfaction is paramount and working closely with customers to resolve any and all problems or issues is always a top priority.   All production is performed on site in Mineral Wells, TX; this is what allows us to have more control over production and ultimately a better quality product than larger multi-site competitors.

NTPV has a "U" stamp for manufacturing pressure vessels under ASME Section VIII Division 1

NTPV has a "U2" stamp for manufacturing pressure vessels under ASME Section VIII Division 2

NTPV has an "R" stamp from the National Board of Boiler and Pressure Vessel Inspectors for the repair of pressure vessels
